" Jason did a fantastic job at our new house. He installed a new power supply under the kitchen sink by extending from the washing machine socket, fitted 9 ceiling lights and also installed a flood light in our garden for us. His price was very reasonable, and the work was completed quickly, neatly and to a high standard. He was professional, efficient and arrived on time as arranged. " We called Jason fairly early on a Saturday morning and he came within the hour. He couldn't have been more honest, approachable and considerate. He listened carefully to our explanation of the issue and spent the best part of three hours tracking down the problem (a loose connection leading to a trip) He was methodical and thoughtful in his approach to the work. He clearly has a natural curiosity and was determined to find the source of the problem. All the while he did this with good humour and a lightness of touch. It was worth having the issue to meet him because we will recommend him to everyone we know and definitely have him come back in the future. He was upfront about costs and 100% true to his word when the invoice arrived. " Brilliant service from Jason. I called him about a power outage in my kitchen and he was over within about 20 minutes. He quickly worked out what the issue was, then drove all the way from Worcester to Malvern to get the part, came straight back and fitted it.
